Jim took care in prepping the house, ensuring our plants and electrical outlets were covered. He was meticulous in getting rid of green mildew/mold in hard to reach spots (and spent extra time on them until they were perfect!). He takes pride in his work and treats your home as if it were his own. I do not think I have ever seen our siding so clean before! Jim knows what he is doing and did amazing job. He even clean the bottom of the siding where covered by the bushes. He tap covers all the garage remote pad and key holes before the spray. For grease area, he use different solutions to pay extra efforts to handle it.

When the forecast predicted rainy weather on the scheduled date, he reached out to schedule coming a day early to ensure he had enough time to get the work done. Our walkway and front porch were stained from landscapers black mulch spilling over, our pavers in the back needed attention and our shed had some black mold. Just had our house power washed by JD Property Solutions. Service was incredible. Excellent communication from the time we first requested a quote through the actual service, and even checking in after. Our house had a lot of dirt and grime buildup and on siding and even was starting to get a green hue to it. Needless to say our house was in dire need of a powerwashing. After JD Solutions service, it literally looks brand new. When Jim got to our house, he showed us what he was going to do and taped off any receptacles and other other areas. And after he finished he did a walkthrough and showed us what was actually done pointing out different areas. Couldn’t be more happy. And his service was cheaper than any other quote we received. Incredibly knowledgeable and very careful with the property. Will definitely use him again. And would 100% recommend his service to anyone in need of power washing.
